Scattering the ashes of a loved one at sea is one of the most beautiful and meaningful farewells there is. The Mediterranean, from Port Garraf, offers a tranquillity that is hard to find in other ports along the Barcelona coastline: no crowds, surrounded by Garraf Natural Park, with clean waters and an open horizon that invites peace.

At Escuela Náutica Altair we manage this service with the utmost discretion and professionalism. We take care of everything: the permits with the Maritime Authority to navigate to the designated area (normally about 1.5 nautical miles, around 30 minutes of sailing).
